All orders ship from Rockwall, Texas. Shipping conditions are maintained as appropriate for peptide reference materials including temperature-controlled packaging where applicable.

Returns are accepted for damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect shipments only. Research compounds cannot be returned once received due to chain-of-custody requirements.
